Customers find the dress shoes cute and comfortable, with a perfect fit. However, the durability is concerning as the strap comes off after a couple of wears and the gems fall out. The quality and value for money receive mixed reviews, with some finding them decent and worth the price, while others consider them cheap and overpriced.
