Why Choose the iTouchless Odor-Free Adult Diaper Pail?

Q: Will I need to buy expensive, specialized refill bags?

A: No. We believe in providing a cost-effective solution for long-term care. The iTouchless receptacle is designed to work with any standard 13-gallon trash bag. You can avoid the “refill tax” associated with other disposal systems that require proprietary custom rings and expensive replacement liners.

Q: How does this receptacle keep living areas smelling fresh?

A: We prioritize air quality through advanced engineering rather than chemical masking. Our AbsorbX Odor Filter utilizes activated carbon technology to absorb and neutralize odors at the molecular level. This keeps smells trapped inside the unit, ensuring that private rooms and common areas remain comfortable and clean.

Q: Is the unit easy to operate for caregivers with their hands full?

A: Absolutely. Designed for effortless, hands-free use, the sturdy SoftStep pedal is ergonomically engineered to provide low resistance. A light step is all it takes to open the lid, and the integrated air damper ensures a silent, gentle close—perfect for maintaining a quiet, restful environment for residents or patients.

Q: What is the capacity for adult incontinence products?

A: This unit is engineered for high-volume efficiency. It is sized to accommodate approximately 40 adult diapers or briefs per bag, significantly reducing the frequency of waste disposal trips for caregivers. As a benchmark for its large internal volume, it can also hold up to 135 infant diapers, making it one of the most high-capacity receptacles in its class.

Q: How do I replace the bag without an inner bucket?

A: The unit features a built-in Retainer Rim that eliminates the need for a heavy inner bucket, which can be difficult to clean and reduces internal capacity. Simply lift the lid and rim, wrap a standard 13-gallon bag around the rim, and tuck the edges. The rim locks the bag securely to prevent slipping and ensures a neat, polished appearance.

[FEWER LINER CHANGES, LESS CAREGIVER WORK] At 13.2 gallons (50 liters), this pail holds significantly more than competing 7–11 gallon models, reducing how often caregivers need to empty it in bedrooms, bathrooms, and care facilities.
[ODOR GONE, NOT JUST MASKED] Built-in AbsorbX activated carbon filter neutralizes odors at the source rather than covering them up, keeping rooms genuinely fresh for users, guests, and caregivers alike. One filter included.
[CLEANER HANDS, SAFER CAREGIVING] Foot-operated SoftStep pedal allows completely touch-free adult diaper disposal, reducing contamination risk and meeting OSHA standards for sanitary waste handling in any environment.
[QUIET ENOUGH FOR OVERNIGHT USE] Precision slow-close lid shuts gently without slamming — perfect for shared rooms, nighttime care, nursing homes, and home care settings where noise and discretion matter.
[TOUGH ENOUGH FOR ANY SETTING] Hands-free foot-pedal design meets ADA and OSHA sanitary standards. Dent-proof ABS plastic with stainless steel trim resists daily wear and is rated for indoor and outdoor use.
