Unlike traditional round balance balls that roll freely, the Gaiam Peanut Ball features a dual-lobed design that offers increased stability and directional control. This makes it an excellent choice for younger children, beginners, or therapy patients who need extra support.

The unique shape limits side-to-side motion while still allowing dynamic rocking that strengthens the back, legs, and core muscles. Ideal for sensory learning, therapy exercises, and focus-based play environments.

Additionally, air retention is also mixed, with some reporting good retention while others say it doesn’t stay inflated.
