Customers find the winter hat cute and perfect for cold winter days and nights, with a good fit and detachable pom-pom balls that come off with a snap. They appreciate that the pom-poms can be removed for hand washing and consider it good value for the price. The durability receives mixed feedback, with one customer noting that the fur comes off if a child tugs at it.
