Frida Breast Therapy Packs, Cold & Hot Pack for Pain Relief, 2pk

Some hours call for cold. Some call for heat. These packs do either one, then go back in the freezer for next time.
Your call on temperature: Freeze them or microwave them to the temperature that suits the moment. They stay flexible when frozen. A cold pack curves around the breast instead of pressing flat against one spot.
Wear one through a session: The packs are shaped to sit in place while you nurse or pump, not only while you lie still. Frida offers them for engorgement and for the inflammation or discomfort that arrives with it.
Heating safely: Short intervals, not one long burst. Test the pack against your inner wrist every single time before it goes near breast skin. Heating times change from one microwave to the next, so go by the packaging and not by a number you remember from another product.
Care: Wipe the outside and let it dry before it goes back in the freezer or the drawer. Do not cut or open a pack. If one is torn or leaking, stop using it.
Pain that stays: Persistent breast pain, a fever, or redness that keeps spreading is a call to your provider. Hot and cold packs are comfort care and nothing more.

FREEZER OR MICROWAVE: The same reusable breast pack goes cold in the freezer or warm in the microwave. Pick the temperature that suits the moment instead of owning two separate products.
BENDS WHEN FROZEN: Straight out of the freezer, these breast therapy packs still flex. The pack shapes itself around the breast and stays where you put it. A frozen brick does neither of those things.
WEAR WHILE NURSING: Shaped to stay in place through a nursing or pumping session. Frida offers these breast packs for engorgement and for the general discomfort of the weeks after birth, warm or cold.
WRIST TEST FIRST: Heat in short bursts, never one long one. Test the pack against your inner wrist before it touches breast skin. Microwaves vary. Go by the times printed on the packaging.
REUSABLE, NOT DISPOSABLE: Fridababy makes practical, parent-first products for postpartum days. Includes reusable hot and cold breast therapy packs that move from freezer to microwave and back, with the count printed on the pack.

Customers find the fever pads effective and easy to use, appreciating how they help keep children cool during fevers. The adhesiveness receives mixed feedback – while some say they stick well, others report they don’t stay on the forehead. Customers disagree on the value for money and duration, with some saying they last a long time while others report they only last 5 minutes.
