Customers find the baby wipe warmer effective, taking about 2-3 hours to warm everything up evenly, with three different heat settings and a lid that keeps wipes from drying out. Moreover, the capacity is praised as it fits large packs of wipes, and customers appreciate its functionality. However, the durability receives mixed feedback, with some reporting it doesn’t last long. Additionally, the ease of use is mixed, with some finding it easy to open with one hand while others struggle with the lid mechanism. The button sensitivity is also a concern, with customers noting the buttons are a tad sensitive.
