Customers find the playard to be well-made, easy to assemble and disassemble, and good value for money. They appreciate its portability, noting it’s not too bulky for travel, and its functionality, with one customer mentioning it works well as a puppy pen. However, the size receives mixed feedback – while some find it good-sized, others say it’s smaller than desired. Moreover, the ease of use is problematic, with customers reporting difficulties with the locking mechanism, and the hard mattress and bottom surface receive negative feedback.
