Customers find the wet wipe warmer works well and appreciate its cute appearance. The temperature control receives mixed feedback – while some say it keeps wipes at a perfect temperature, others find it doesn’t keep them warm enough. The functionality and ease of use also get mixed reviews, with some finding it easy to use while others report issues with wipes getting stuck while pulling them out. The durability and lid functionality are concerns, with multiple customers reporting that the lid doesn’t stay open and the lock button won’t stay locked.
