Customers find the shampoo effective for sensitive skin, particularly noting it doesn’t irritate eczema and cleans without drying out the skin. They appreciate its gentle foaming action, easy rinsing, and suitability for children. The pump functionality and value for money receive mixed reviews – while some say it works wonders and consider the value pack worth it, others report issues with the pump becoming difficult to use and find it expensive.
