The installation experience is mixed, with some finding it easy to install while others find it extremely difficult, particularly with the cup holders. The stability and durability receive mixed feedback, with some finding it secure and durable while others report issues with heavy latches breaking. The headrest receives criticism for not being suitable for rear-facing use, and customers find the seat heavy.
