Customers find the car seat insert comfortable, with babies sleeping well in it, and appreciate that it helps them fit better in their car seats. Moreover, the product receives positive feedback for its appearance, suitability for newborns, and value for money. However, the softness and head support receive mixed reviews – while some find it perfectly fluffy, others note it has very little cushion, and while some say it supports the head well, others mention it offers little support. Additionally, the thickness receives criticism, with several customers noting it’s not thick enough.
