Customers find the massage oil warmer functional and appreciate its temperature control feature. However, the heating performance receives mixed feedback – while some say it heats up nicely, others report it doesn’t heat well. Moreover, durability is a concern as units stop working within a month, and customers disagree on the value for money, with some considering it overpriced. Additionally, the button responsiveness is problematic, with customers reporting that the buttons don’t work and are hard to use.
